At GEMELS S.p.A. we believe that sustainability is not only a duty, but a concrete responsibility to people, the environment and future generations. For this reason, we have chosen to publish our Sustainability Report 2024, prepared according to GRI and SASB international standards. This document tells the story of our journey, our values and the real actions we are taking to improve our environmental, social and governance impact.

We have achieved a good level of sustainability according to the Synesgy assessment, and we are proud to highlight concrete achievements such as the use of more than 50 percent recycled materials, monitoring of energy consumption, responsible water and waste management, and an ongoing commitment to the well-being of the people who work with us.

We actively support 6 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and continue to invest in innovation, quality, and land, with the ambition to build a more just and lasting future. This report is an important step for us to strengthen our dialogue with customers, suppliers, institutions and local communities, and to orient our business model towards increasingly responsible growth.
